For examples of some of my photography check out my Flickr stream. I do most of my work with my Canon 10D DSLR body, a EF 50mm f1.4 lens, EF 20mm f2.8 lens, and both my 2nd and 3rd generation Lensbabies, and of course the modern digital darkroom: Adobe Photoshop.
I license all of my photographs under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license. This means that individuals and organizations are free to use any of my photographs or any of the content on Futurist Now freely for non-commercial use so long as you follow the terms of the license and credit me.
I define non-commercial as not-for-business – if you have a blog or other online site that is personal (not corporate or business) and generates revenue via advertising and your income is less than $100 per month you are free to use the works by attribution. I prefer to be credited as Sparky with a link to http://sparktography.com for use of photographs. All businesses are free to contact me to arrange for a commercial use license. Non-profits, or educational institutions, or other ‘good works’ projects are encouraged to contact me for significant discounts or gratis licensing.
